Exercise
Show each employee's first name, last name, salary, and the first name and last name of their direct manager in the same row. For employees who don't have a manager (for example the CEO), show NULL as the manager's first and last name.
Prefix the employee's columns with Employee and the manager's with Manager, e.g.: EmployeeFirstName.
