Okay, let's start with the Employees table.
The Employees table stores information about the people employed at Northwind. Each employee has a unique ID (stored in the column EmployeeId), a first and last name (FirstName, LastName) and a professional title (Title). There are also other columns in this table, such as HireDate and Address.
