Select all the information from the Treatment table.

Each Treatment contains the following information:

  • Id,
  • TreatmentDate,
  • DoctorId,
  • PatientId (we won’t work with the Patient table, but the column is kept for completeness),
  • Category (e.g. dermal treatment, gastrointestinal treatment, etc.),
  • Name,
  • Price,
  • Score – a number from 0 to 100 and is based on another doctor’s evaluation of that treatment.
